Return & Refund Policy
In rare case, CodeX customers did not get their items undamaged. However, there may be instances when we fail short of your expectations because circumstances are beyond our control. Customers and CodeX, however, now have a relationship of trust. Therefore, CodeXbd.shop offers you the opportunity to return any items you purchase (if the item is damaged or was manufactured mistakes). In that situation, CodeX will replace you with new items.
If your order isn’t what you expected for whatever reason, you can return it as long as it meets the following requirements:
1. The delivery date is within the next 3 days.
2. Any item that is being returned or exchanged has to be unused, in its original packing, with all tags still on, and not tampered with or broken.
3. The free promotional item, if it was included with the item, needs to be returned as well.
4. The CodeX team reserves the right to inspect and verify any product refunds or replacements.
5. Replacement is subject upon the supplier’s stock being available. Should the item be unavailable, you will be sent a complete refund without any inquiries.
6. Please be aware that the shipping and Cash on Delivery convenience fees are non-refundable and will not be deducted from the refund amount of your item.
Reasons for Returns & Replacement
1. Product is damaged, defective or not as described.
2. Size Mismatch for clothing.(Please be noted that, this policy will only be activated if we send you the clothings which mismatch the size mentioned in the invoice. If invoice and delivered item’s size matches, we will not reconsider refund at any cost.)
3. Color Mismatch for clothing.
4. Wrongly Printed clothing.(Front/Back desgin mismatch, wrong design, wrong placement of design)
5. Wrong product sent.

After we pick up or receive your return, we will check the item for quality on our end. If the return is legitimate, we will either replace the product with a new one or process a refund.
Refund Policy
1. We’ll handle refunds after we’ve finished reviewing your return.
2. Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Supplier. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
3. Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
4. If you have selected Cash on Delivery (COD), there is no amount to refund because you haven’t paid for your order.
5. For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Banking or Bank Transfer, you will receive a refund in your respective.
6. If online payment is made once more due to technical error, payment refund will be made.
7. You will receive a refund anytime between 7-10 working days. If you don’t receive refund within this time, please write to us at codexbdofficial@gmail.com and we shall investigate.
